We develop properties for our own portfolio or under contract to customer’s requirements utilising our team of qualified architects. Our belief is to maximise the value of the assets and streamline the capital facility delivery process. Our mission is to provide strategic asset development expertise to our clients from experience gained from our own developments
Building work is contracted out to contractors that we use for our own developments and share a healthy working relationship with them. This has proven to be the most cost effective route to follow and we can keep costs to aminimum.

Asset Management
Our properties are managed and maintained by a dedicated team utilizing the latest web-based asset management software, the same service is offered to selected outside customers.
Rental income is collected and a strict tenant profile and control is implemented.
